But the larger management company employs many practices and changes that drive up costs without providing any real value. There is no care at all for its residents and we are only viewed as a source of money

|Recommended: YesIt is okay to live here. — I have had several issues with my apartment since I moved in. They have tried to fix them but some has not been fixed my A C unit has been the biggest problem and as I type this review it is not cooling that good now this will be the 3rd time it has stopped cooling because all they do is put freon in it but they don't fix the leak. And on the question on if I would recommend someone to live here i would say maybe but would tell them my issues that I have had.

|Recommended: YesBest Apartment in Dothan — Arborgates Apartment, I can say is one of the best Apartment in Dothan, Alabama. Poperty and maintenance staff are excellent, they will answer back quickly with your questions or problems in your unit.

|Recommended: YesArborgates — I have lived here for a year and I absolutely loved it and would recommend it to anyone. I just moved out because of financial concerns. But the management were supportive and readily helps if you need something to be fixed. The new management has a lot of activities for the complex every now and then.
The neighborhood is in a prime location too. It’s generally quiet except when there are firetrucks passing since it’s near the road. I loved how bright the street lights are at night. I always felt safe there.
The gym is decent too and the laundry area was great. I could use 2 washers at the same time since there’s 6 of them. The pool near the office westgate was cleaner than the one on the other side whatley .
I think all units have a patio balcony too.
