|Recommended: YesVIllas Review — First off, I love this property and how well it is taken care of. I actually was able to get into this property by the help of a local realtor since it wasn't advertised on any rental sites, I moved from Ohio so natrually hunting for a place to live was a task in itself. While this is a great place, I do have a few notes. I am on the 1st floor, and anytime lawn maintenance is being done I can hear it, which I know is unavoidable. Also, the other slight issue that I have and this is also my firs time experience in an apartment but I can always hear my upstairs neighbors. Not a huge deal or anything, but sometimes it's a bit loud. But with all that said, I have recommended this place to a few of my friends and I do enjoy living here. Thanks Villas

|Recommended: YesI think it’s a great place to live. — It’s affordable, great floor plans, pretty grounds but need some improvements fenced all the way around would be nice, a walk in gate with a code, etc and I do think the walls are painfully thin. I can hear my neighbors phone vibrate on their nightstand. I feel like I’m having a movie night with them only I’m missing out on the visuals and popcorn. But overall. I love this place and I don’t plan on moving anytime soon.

|Recommended: YesHave enjoyed the last 3 years in this community — Suncrest Villas is mostly a challenge when you have kids. The community isn't structured for kids at play which can be frustrating when they want to run around and play outside. As for adults, it's a great deal For the most part, it's private. The additional parking could benefit from paving over the sandlots quicksand. Parking becomes a serious struggle during the tourist season and digging your car out of the sand is not pleasant.
