We are very sorry for the inconvenience of having to park away from your apartment. We try to control this by always asking the residents that if they have extra cars or guests to park in the designated overflow areas out of courtesy for neighbors. It is a little tough with your building being at the end of the parking lot. This is a common problem with multifamily properties and we do apologize for the inconvenience. We want to thank you for being a wonderful resident! It is people like you that makes our property not just a community, but The River Family. :)
|Recommended: YesI love The River — This is the second time in 4 years that I have lived in this apartment community and it truly feels like home. It’s a very quiet, family oriented community and everyone from the front desk staff to the maintenance employees to the grounds keepers are always super helpful and friendly. If I ever have an issue with anything it is resolved ASAP and they are super friendly and willing to help.
