It’s very peaceful here, the neighbors are nice and have a real sense of community. I really like how quiet and clean it is. The staff are all really nice and actually seem to care about the residents and the property manager has handled everything I’ve ever needed quickly, going out of her way at time to make sure I’m taken care of and my neighbor said she treated them the same way. As long as they keep the same staff and keep the environment the way it is now I have no plans on moving anytime soon

They showed me a two bedroom, which is much bigger and told me it was the same size except for the extra bedroom and bathroom. It's not it's much smaller. I was on a waiting list for 5 months if I would have known how small it was I don't think I would have waited so long I would have found another place. The staff is really nice, friendly, and very helpful. I just feel I was lied to about the size. Also, this is a very safe complex. Mostly nice families, nice pet owners, police officers live here which is great to see. It feels safe and that's what I was looking for above all else. Several things from my initial inspection have not been fixed such as getting a pantry door and having my bathroom sink fixed. They came and refinished the countertop even though that's not the problem. The sink doesn't drain and has a big nasty hole in the back of it. When the man came to redo the counter top in the bathroom he was pretty messy with the sealer and got the white stuff all over my shower curtain. He also painted a very long hair into the counter top which I dug out before it was finished drying. If I didn't my toothbrush would have been touching it every time I layed it on the countertop. Other then that the apartment was clean freshly painted and has brand new carpet. There is no roaches which is a huge deal for me so that's awesome. These apartments were built in the 80s I'm told but I kind of like that style and you can't tell from the inside. The noise from the apartment above me is terrible. I work on weekends so I go to bed early and if the neighbors have company I don't get much sleep. The space between my ceiling and their floor must be razor thin because I can hear every step they take from room to room it sounds like they are about to bust through my ceiling. There's a common courtesy people should have when living in an apartment community like not hanging out in the stair ways yelling at each other outside people's doors that the people above me don't seem to understand or care about. The tenets on the other side I never hear so it really just seems to be the one apartment guess I just got lucky. Other then that it seems to be a good community of respectful people. A lot of pet owners and I never hear any barking. They keep the grounds super clean. Having to go to the laundry room isn't great in the cold but you get use to it. I just wish the washers were bigger. Overall it's not a bad place to live. The apartments are clean with no roaches. There's a pool, gym, volleyball, tennis courts. The staff is super nice and seem to actually care. You don't have to worry about college kids partying it's more families then anything. I would just suggest that you get the two bedroom if you can afford it I'm thinking about switching over. I waited on this place most of all because it's a safe place to live. The apartment was smaller that I expected but it's a safe area and that's worth more than anything to me. I've only been here a little over a month so this is a very early review. The complex just suddenly changed owners right when I moved in so I try to update my review at 6 months and give a more detailed review.
response from property -Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We truly appreciate your honest and thoughtful feedback. I sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the size of your one-bedroom apartment. We never want a resident to feel misled, and your comments will help us improve how we communicate apartment layouts moving forward. I also apologize for the unresolved maintenance concerns and the condition left after the countertop work — this is not the experience we want for our residents, and we would like the opportunity to correct it. We understand how frustrating noise issues can be, especially with your work schedule, and we’re sorry this has impacted your comfort. Please know that we do have a courtesy officer available to residents 24/7, and you are always welcome to contact them if noise becomes an issue after hours. Thank you for your kind words about our team, the cleanliness of the community, and the sense of safety here — that truly means a lot to us. If you’d like to follow up on maintenance, noise concerns, or discuss a possible transfer to a two-bedroom, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help. Kind regards, Management
