submitted by Chesna J. - |Recommended: NoNo maintenance , trash everywhere — The townhomes are beautiful . The grounds are not . There is no maintenance or on ground staff . There is dog feces and trash everywhere. I have had a work order out for six months because they have no maintenance staff at all. The owner lives out of state and only cares about money .

If I had one bad thing to say I would be that our residents needs to help and try to keep the dumpster area clean and keep in front of their yard clean. No trash should be sitting outside your door past a day . Everything else is awesome and very quiet neighborhood.
