|Recommended: No10 10 Do Not Recommend — I've lived here for 4 months and I can honestly say it's been the worst experience of my life. My AC has broken twice since living here and no one seems to care that my kids can't sleep due to how hot it is while waiting on maintenance to come fix it. I think they should use my rent money to pick up dictionaries for the maintenance team so they are well acquainted with the term emergency. I should not be speaking to an AI bot while trying to resolve an issue especially one of this magnitude. The construction of my apartment is abysmal at best and the amount of millipedes I encounter on a daily basis within my apartment because of the gaps and open spaces is appalling. Getting in touch with anyone about anything is nearly impossible. If I could terminate my lease and go live in a shed behind someone's house, that would be preferable.
|Recommended: YesMaintenance is great - Mr. James Burns is the best. — James fixed my air conditioner very quickly and explained the problem very well. he also took the time to change the ac vent filter. he is wonderful - 5strs-AAA .

|Recommended: YesMaintenance for my toilet — Jay was amazing I put the request in and 5 minutes later he was at my door. He told me what I needed and that he would be here first thing.
Now my toilet is working right He’s a man of his word and a very nice guy.

Does tasks in a timely manner and if not he always let you know why . I appreciate that because I'm not waiting around and I know when to expect services. Thank you so much for a job well done.
