submitted by Alexis C. - |Recommended: YesA few dings but overall good — My apartment wasn’t cleaned when I moved in from the dishwasher ,microwave,tub,toilet ,storage unit had previous owner things ,light not working in laundry room and even parts of wall.Blinds look as if they had rinsed of mold dark spots on certain spots and my vent in my bathroom stopped working within a week placed a maintenance request did come over to things but not the vent.So I am using my money to clean other people’s dirt that I never met a day in my life because whoever cleans the apartments decided not to even though I was approved 2 months before actually moving in .The neighbors that moved in next door at little after me blast music to the point where I hear every word and vibration of the beat through my floor almost everyday starting at 10am for ours at a time until 8pm. Other than that staff and maintenance is pleasant ,move in processed seem fast ,maintenance responds fast ,amenities are great and perfect location

submitted by Jessica B. - |Recommended: NoAfter living here 8 months — The staff were too strict on making us have our Dog Scully move to someone else's house. No person or other pets were hurt. It seems a one strike rule was a bit overboard. My daughter dealt with it and did not have the means to hire an attorney. There were many alternatives to this, such as, all dogs over must be muzzled when walked. This is an ordinance in Philadelphia PA.
