Need to upgrade apartment cabinets like repaint them or whatever especially for residents thats been here 5years , outside doors should be painted black because the white doors are so rusty,dirty old. Even when they do pressure wash the doors are still ridiculous. Should Stop people from allowing their pets to booboo in the front of the apartments where kids may run in. Plumbing should also be better . We should have community events and stuff to make it more fun and like family living here

submitted by Deborah J. - |Recommended: YesRivoli Run Homes Review — Considering this is the 1st month with the new property management, I'm not able to rate the property staff at this time. In the 15 months that I've been here, I've felt very safe, pleased with maintenance and have truly enjoyed my apartment. I must say it's been a huge dissapointment that the pool has not been available and over the past summer was advised by the last property manager not to use the pool due to allergies bacteria within, making the pool useless. The maintenance fee for the pool is included within the 80 amenity fee.
