I purchased a parking spot but it seems residents don’t take those serious as they still park in my spot. Maintenance staff didn’t follow my directions on which parking spot I wanted reserved as I do have a disability. Overall the property staff is nice but I believe they need more organization as I have been here a month and haven’t received a welcome packed or Amazon lock box isn’t even setup for my apartment.

New staff are extremely friendly and have no issue keeping us informed
