|Recommended: YesNo Issues but management — So I’ve been here months now and as of yet still haven’t received my mailbox key and there has been absolutely zero effort to rectify this or even pass mail out daily. The property manager is unreachable and unresponsive it’s almost as if we the residents are the managers. All it takes is effort and hard work for an easy job and that has not been the case. I love the apartment it self but management is a severe drag
|Recommended: NoUnhappy tenants — I moved into an apartment that didn't have the shower head, which I had to buy myself. I'm still waiting on things to be fixed. I was told emergencies come first. I feel the apartment should have had these things fixed before we moved in. You definitely get what you pay for here. My bathroom door won't close all the way, take in mind it didn't even have a doorknob at first. The maintenance guy put one in and the door doesn't close. The laundry room is built for a skinny person mind you got to turn a certain way to get in there. My carpet in the bedroom was dirty when I moved in. I give this place 2 stars. I'll be looking to move as soon as my lease is up. They are very slow at fixing things, you definitely have to fix it yourself or be on a waiting list. The neighbors leave thrash in the parking lot. I wonder why people laugh when I tell them where I stay. I'm beginning to see. There are so many cars that are not running that just sitting in the way
|Recommended: NoProperty — Can never get anyone on the phone. The roaches are completely insane. I’m tired of putting in a request for pest control. Everything is falling apart even the ceiling. AC doesn’t even work. Why put an AC box in my room window when i have a huge fan It’s hot as hell in the connected kitchen living room with NO FAN, let alone any type of air. Can’t have company. hate this place. All and all love Ms.Phyllis. She can’t do it all herself.
