With new management in place, there’s real hope for improvement. The staff is responsive, and maintenance has been more consistent, but parking remains an issue, security could be better, and the grounds need significant upgrades. Common areas are underutilized, and some infrastructure concerns, like outdoor storage hazards, need attention. That said, it’s clear the new team is committed to making things better, and I look forward to seeing much-needed improvements take shape.
